Congress Issues Whip to Its MLAs to Attend August 10 Assembly Session

Konthoujam Govindas, senior MLA and Whip of Congress Legislature Party (CLP) said if anyone violates the party whip, he or she would invite disqualification from the membership of Manipur Legislative Assembly.
